Using a USB Flash Drive

To check the available space, just plug the flash drive into your old computer (the one where the files are currently stored). On a Windows PC, you can right – click on the flash drive icon in File Explorer and select "Properties". On a Mac, you can click on the flash drive icon on the desktop and then choose "Get Info".
Once you’ve confirmed there’s enough space, it’s time to copy the files. On a Windows computer, open File Explorer and navigate to the folder where your files are located. Select the files you want to transfer. You can do this by clicking on each file while holding down the "Ctrl" key. If you want to select all the files in a folder, just press "Ctrl + A". After selecting the files, right – click on them and choose "Copy".
Now, open the window for your USB flash drive in File Explorer. Right – click inside the flash drive window and select "Paste". The files will start copying over. It might take a little while depending on how big the files are.
On a Mac, open the Finder and locate your files. Select them (you can use the "Command" key to select multiple files, or "Command + A" to select all). Then, go to the "Edit" menu and choose "Copy". Next, open the window for your USB flash drive and go to the "Edit" menu again and select "Paste".
After the files are copied to the flash drive, unplug it from the old computer. Then, plug it into your All in One PC. On a Windows All in One, File Explorer should automatically detect the flash drive. Just open the flash drive window and copy the files to the location you want on your All in One, like the "Documents" or "Pictures" folder. On a Mac, the flash drive will appear on the desktop. Open it and copy the files to your desired location.
Using an External Hard Drive
If you have a large amount of data, an external hard drive is a great option. It can hold way more than a USB flash drive.
The process of using an external hard drive is similar to using a USB flash drive. First, connect the external hard drive to your old computer. On Windows, it will show up in File Explorer. On a Mac, it will appear on the desktop.
Check the available space on the external hard drive. Just like with the USB flash drive, you can right – click (Windows) or click and choose "Get Info" (Mac) to see how much space is free.
Select the files you want to transfer on your old computer. Copy them (using "Ctrl + C" on Windows or "Command + C" on Mac). Then, open the external hard drive window and paste the files (using "Ctrl + V" on Windows or "Command + V" on Mac).
Once the files are copied to the external hard drive, unplug it from the old computer and plug it into your All in One PC. On the All in One, access the external hard drive and copy the files to the appropriate location on your PC.
Using a Network Connection
If your All in One PC and the other computer are on the same local network, you can transfer files over the network.
First, make sure both computers are connected to the same Wi – Fi network or are connected to the same router via Ethernet cables.
On a Windows computer, you can share a folder. Right – click on the folder you want to share, select "Properties", go to the "Sharing" tab, and click "Share". You can choose who can access the shared folder and what level of access they have.
On a Mac, go to "System Preferences", click on "Sharing", and select "File Sharing". Then, click the "+" button to add the folder you want to share.
On your All in One PC, you need to find the shared folder. On a Windows All in One, open File Explorer, click on "Network" in the left – hand pane. You should see the other computer on the network. Double – click on it to access the shared folder. Then, copy the files from the shared folder to your All in One.
On a Mac All in One, go to the "Go" menu in the Finder and select "Connect to Server". Enter the IP address or the name of the other computer on the network. After connecting, you can access the shared folder and copy the files.
Using Cloud Storage
Cloud storage is another convenient option. Services like Google Drive, Dropbox, and OneDrive allow you to store your files online and access them from any device.
First, sign up for a cloud storage service if you haven’t already. Then, install the cloud storage app on your old computer. On Windows, you can download the app from the official website and follow the installation instructions. On a Mac, you can also download the app from the website and install it.
Once the app is installed, log in to your account. Open the cloud storage app on your old computer and create a new folder if you want. Then, drag and drop the files you want to transfer into the cloud storage folder. The files will start uploading to the cloud.
On your All in One PC, install the cloud storage app and log in to your account. The app will automatically sync the files from the cloud to your All in One. You can then access the files and move them to the location you want on your PC.
Transferring Files from a Mobile Device
If you want to transfer files from a mobile device to your All in One PC, there are a few ways to do it.

If you have an iPhone or iPad, you can use iTunes (on Windows) or Finder (on Mac). Connect your iOS device to your All in One PC using a Lightning cable. On Windows, open iTunes.
